Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before conducting business with S S Rice.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all business transactions between S S Rice, Malur, and its customers. By placing an order or purchasing goods from us, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. These conditions apply to all wholesale, bulk, and retail transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, seasonal variations, and supply chain factors. Final pricing will be confirmed at billing. S S Rice reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
3. GST & Billing
S S Rice is GST-registered and issues valid GST invoices. Customers seeking input tax credit must provide correct GST details at the time of billing. Once an invoice is generated, billing details cannot be modified.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Credit facilities, if extended, must be honored within the agreed timeframe. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension of future supplies.
5. Refunds, Returns & Claims
Due to the nature of food grains and wholesale commodities, goods once sold are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of verified damage or major quality defects at delivery. Any claim must be reported within 24 hours. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.
6. Non-Payment & Delayed Payments
Delayed payments may attract late fees as mutually agreed. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of supply and recovery action.
7. Delivery & Transportation
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and logistics. S S Rice is not liable for delays due to transport disruption, natural calamities, strikes, or market shortages. Risk transfers upon delivery and acceptance.
8. Product Quality & Natural Variations
As agricultural products are natural commodities, minor variations in grain size, color, or packaging may occur and shall not be considered defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
S S Rice shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of supplied goods.
10. Force Majeure
S S Rice shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply shortages.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malur, Karnataka. Both parties agree to attempt amicable settlement before legal action.
12. Amendments
S S Rice reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
